2. Products and orders

We sell professional barber and grooming products. Product descriptions, images and stock levels are kept as accurate as possible, but minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur.

A binding agreement is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount already charged for that item.

The minimum order value is 1.500 kr. Orders below this amount cannot be completed.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in DKK (kr) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown separately before you confirm your order. The total amount payable is always displayed on the final checkout page before payment.

4. Payment and when funds are withdrawn

We accept Visa and Mastercard (debit and credit). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never store your full card details.

The amount is reserved on your card when you place the order and is withdrawn when the order is dispatched (or made ready for pickup). If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the reservation is released and no amount is withdrawn.

The charge will appear on your bank statement as OBS.FO.

5. Delivery

We ship within the Faroe Islands. Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are normally dispatched the same day; otherwise the next business day.

• Pickup in Saltangará: ready within 1 business day, free.
• Delivery within the Faroe Islands: normally 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Deliveries outside the Faroe Islands: by agreement — contact us before ordering; delivery normally 5–10 business days.

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather and ferry or flight schedules.

6. Cancellation rights (right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. To use this right, notify us at ollis@ollis.fo or +298 788921 before the 14 days expire.

After notifying us you have a further 14 days to return the goods. The goods must be in substantially the same condition as received; hygiene-sealed products (for example razors, blades and skincare) can only be returned unopened with the seal intact.

You pay the cost of returning the goods. We refund the purchase price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you used.

7. Returns address

Send returns to: Ollis Barber, Heiðavegur 85, 600 Saltangará, Faroe Islands. Please include your order number. Parcels sent cash-on-delivery are not accepted.

8. Legal warranty and complaints

A 24-month right of complaint applies to defects that were present at the time of delivery. If a product is defective, contact us as soon as you notice the defect and no later than two months after discovering it.

If the complaint is justified, we will repair, replace or refund the product and cover reasonable return shipping costs. The right of complaint does not cover normal wear, misuse or damage caused by incorrect handling.

If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may complain to your national consumer complaints body, or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

9. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Faroese law. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence still apply.
