What we collect

• Name, email, phone, delivery and billing address.
• Order details and order history.
• Payment information — card details are entered on our payment provider's secure checkout and are never stored by us.
• Technical data such as IP address and basic usage data needed to operate and secure the site.

Why we use it and on what basis

We use your data to process and deliver orders, handle returns and complaints, and meet bookkeeping obligations. The legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running a secure shop.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the processors needed to run the shop: our e-commerce and checkout platform, our payment provider, and shipping partners. They may only process data on our instructions. We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept for 5 years as required by accounting rules. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Security

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant provider, and access to order data is limited to people who need it to fulfil your order.

Cookies

We use only cookies and local storage that are necessary for the site to work — keeping your cart and your session. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to receive your data in a portable format. Contact ollis@ollis.fo and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
